What is Katch's Refund & Return Policy?

1.General Overview

We value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges across all product categories.

    2.Returns Policy

    a. Eligibility for Return:
    • Products should be returned within 14 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals intact.
    • Certain items are non-returnable (e.g., Beauty Products, undergarments, perishable goods, personalized items, digital products etc.).
    • Please refer to the returns policy of the item while ordering.
    b. Condition of Products:
    • Electronics and home appliances must include the original receipt, warranty cards, and all accessories.
    • The items intended for return or exchange must be in their original condition at the time of delivery, suitable for sale and merchantable. Consequently, it is the Customer's exclusive obligation to thoroughly inspect the items upon delivery prior to unpacking, using, or installing them.
    • Katch reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of items that are not in their original condition at the time of delivery, unless there is a manufacturing defect or a failure to meet the specifications as outlined by Applicable Laws, which was not evident to the Customer at the time of delivery.
    • Clothing and apparel must remain unworn, with tags attached.
    • Beauty products are non-returnable. Before making the purchase, check the product description and make sure it meets your needs.
    • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.
    c. Return Exceptions:
    • Damaged or defective items: Customers must report these within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Wrong items delivered: Eligible for return or exchange at no additional cost.
    d. Return Process:
    • Submit a return request by contacting our customer service.
    • Choose the return method: free pick-up.
    • Once approved, ensure the product is securely packed for return.

    3.Refund Policy

    a. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds will only be initiated after the returned product passes the quality inspection.
    • Refunds are available for:
    • Items damaged during transit.
    • Faulty or defective products.
    • Canceled orders before dispatch.
    b. Refund Methods:
    • Original Payment Method: Refund to the original payment source (credit/debit card, KNET).
    • Katch Wallet: Option for a refund in your Katch wallet for future purchases.
    • Cash on Delivery: For COD payments, refunds are credited to your Katch Wallet as soon as the return is complete.
    • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days (for original payment source) or 3-5 hours (for Katch wallet) after the return is received.
    c. Refund Exclusions:
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a seller's error or product defect.
    • Items bought during clearance sales are non-refundable but may be eligible for exchange.

    4.Exchange Policy

    a. Exchange Eligibility:
    • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or product variations (if in stock).
    • Electronics and appliances are eligible only if the product is defective or damaged.
    b. Exchange Process:
    • Initiate an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
    • Follow the same process as for returns, specifying the desired replacement.

    5.Non-Returnable Categories

    • Personal care, Beauty care items (toothbrushes, razors, cosmetics, etc.).
    • Perishables (food, flowers, etc.).
    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Digital products (e.g., software, e-books).

    6.Additional Information

    a. Cancellation Policy:
    • Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
    • Once shipped, cancellations are treated as returns.
    b. Responsibility for Returns:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
    • The product was defective or incorrect.
    • The seller failed to provide accurate product details.
